Terms of service

The terms for using Onixus, including Signal content and social-account workflows.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Using Onixus and Signal

Onixus provides business tools for brand, website, marketing, content, and workflow work. Signal is the social-content workspace within that service. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms, the plan or order you selected, and applicable law.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, keeping account credentials secure, and activity carried out through your account. If you manage a client workspace or invite teammates, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for the access you grant them.

Connected social accounts

Signal can connect to third-party social accounts when you authorize that connection. You must have the right to authorize the relevant Page, profile, channel, or account. You can disconnect a connection where the feature provides that control. A connection does not transfer ownership of the third-party account to Onixus.

Content and publishing

You are responsible for the content, media, captions, permissions, approvals, and instructions you provide or approve. Before content is published through a connected account, review it for accuracy, rights, audience, timing, and compliance with the relevant platform rules. Third-party platforms may reject, delay, restrict, remove, or change the presentation of content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Onixus to break the law, impersonate another person or business, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, evade platform restrictions, or send content you do not have the right to use or publish. We may limit activity that creates security, legal, or platform risk.

Third-party platforms and services

Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Google, payment providers, and other third parties operate independently from Onixus. Their availability, policies, permissions, review processes, limits, and account decisions are outside our control. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in content you provide, subject to the rights needed for Onixus to operate the service at your direction. Onixus and its licensors retain rights in the Onixus service, software, design, and materials. These terms do not grant either party ownership of the other party's intellectual property.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Onixus useful and available, but the service can change, be interrupted, or depend on services outside our control. We may add, remove, or change features and will update these terms when material changes require it. The updated version will be posted on this page.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, respond to third-party platform restrictions, or handle an unpaid or otherwise ended service relationship. Ending access does not automatically delete information held by a third-party platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Onixus provides the service as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, or continued availability of a third-party platform. To the extent permitted by law, Onixus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party platform losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
