Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
If your Onixus workspace provides social connection controls, open the connection-management area, choose the Facebook or Instagram connection, and select Disconnect. This removes the connection from Onixus use and prevents the disconnected connection from being used by Signal. It does not remotely delete your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or information held by Meta. To remove access on Meta as well, review the connected-app or business-integrations controls in your Meta account.
Request deletion of Onixus-held data
Email hello@onixus.xyz with the subject “Data deletion request.” Tell us that the request concerns Onixus and include the email address used for your Onixus account, your workspace or business name, and—if relevant—the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, authorization codes, or other credentials.
We use those details to locate the relevant account and connection records. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that the request belongs to you before taking action. A deletion request is separate from disconnecting a social account, and it does not automatically delete data held by Meta or another provider.
What happens next
We review the request, identify the Onixus information in scope, and respond using the contact details provided. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons. If a request concerns information controlled by Meta or another provider, we will point you to that provider’s deletion process.
